Arfi applied tips for accelerated study by regularly communicating with her advisors and preparing proposals well in advance.
The topic of her dissertation research is Work Engagement Predictors, which stems from the regulation by Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Dahlan Iskan requiring all State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to measure employee engagement.
Arfi found differences in work systems within organizations before and after the pandemic, indicating the need for new predictors of work engagement.
She also discovered that technology is a crucial factor to consider in work processes, as technological support can enhance employee performance.
