UGM Postgraduate School Opens Golden Opportunity for Prospective Outstanding Students This Year!

Yogyakarta, April 28th 2025 – The Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) held a sharing session on New Student Admissions (PMB) for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This activity was carried out online in collaboration with the UGM Directorate of Education and Teaching (DPP).

The speakers for this sharing session included Ir. Rini Dharmastiti, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPM., ASEAN Eng., Chief of the Biomedical Engineering Masters Program, Dr.rer.nat. Ir. R. Wahyu Supartono, Chief of the Higher Education Management Masters Program, Dr. Ir. Dina Ruslanjari, M.Sc., Head of the Disaster Management Masters Program, and Dr. Raden Rara Wiwik Puji Mulyani, S.Sc., M.Sc., Head of the Population Masters Program.

This activity aims to open up information space for all prospective postgraduate students, especially for those who will be actively studying in the odd semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. Prospective new students are given the opportunity to ask questions directly to the leaders and chiefs of study programs as speakers.

“The implementation of the sharing session organized by UGM is very useful for us who are preparing to continue our studies. The material presentation from each study program was well  explained, and every question asked was also answered,” said Febrianty Budiono, one of the participants who attended this session.

The presentation from each speaker provided an overview for prospective new students regarding the academic atmosphere of the study program. In addition, it also discussed the academic requirements of the curriculum and scholarship opportunities that can be achieved by prospective new students to continue their studies at SPs UGM in collaboration with partners.

“Hopefully, this activity in the future will add to the picture of job prospects after the chosen program”, she concluded.
