The Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Gadjah Mada held its first Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activity for its recipients of the 2025 Community Service Grant (PkM) on Tuesday–Thursday, August 19th – 21st 2025. The event was attended by lecturers who received the PkM grant from various study programs within the Graduate School.
The Monev was conducted as a follow-up to the grant implementation, ensuring that community service activities run according to plan, on target, and provide tangible impacts for society.
Each grantee team, during the Monev, presented their achievements, challenges, and follow-up plans. The evaluation team then provided constructive feedback to make the programs more effective and sustainable.
The 2025 PkM Grant of the Graduate School of UGM is part of SPs effort encouraging lecturers to actively contribute to society through an interdisciplinary approach. With this grant, lecturers are expected to develop innovative, research-based, and contextually relevant models of community empowerment.
It is hoped, with this first Monev, that all PkM programs can be continuously improved, strengthened, and provide significant contributions to partner communities and scientific development and the role of UGM Graduate School.
