SPs UGM Staff Recreation Strengthened Togetherness and Collaborative Spirit

Yogyakarta, August 6th 2026 – As part of its commitment to enhance employee well-being and foster stronger relationships among staff, the Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) participated in the 2026 Universitas Gadjah Mada Staff Recreation Program. The event served as an opportunity to cultivate a more harmonious, inclusive, and collaborative working environment across the university.

The staff recreation program is one of UGM’s initiatives aimed at promoting the well-being of academic and administrative personnel by providing a refreshing break from their daily routines. Through this activity, SPs UGM staff had the opportunity to enjoy quality time together in a relaxed atmosphere, strengthened cross-unit communication, and fostered a stronger sense of camaraderie.

A warm and friendly atmosphere was evident in the event. Various recreational activities and interactions among participants created enjoyable moments while reinforcing teamwork, mutual support, and collaboration in carrying out their professional responsibilities.

SPs UGM’s participation in the 2026 Staff Recreation Program reflects the university’s commitment to create a healthy, productive, and employee-centered workplace. It is expected that the spirit of togetherness fostered during the event will generate positive energy to further improve service quality, organizational performance, and collaboration within the Graduate School.

The initiatives such as this, SPs UGM continues to promote a human-centered, harmonious, and sustainable work culture as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional excellence and contribute to the development of a world-class higher education institution.
