Yogyakarta, September 29th 2026 -The Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) held a Counseling Booth for students on Tuesday (29/9). Held in Meeting Rooms B and C on the fifth floor of SPs UGM from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. WIB, the event provided free psychological services for students.

The Counseling Booth featured four psychologists from the UGM Faculty of Psychology’s team of psychologists. The event offered two services, namely One-on-One Counseling and Emotional Load Assessment. Students could participate in either service based on their preferences and the available slots. The One-on-One Counseling service consisted of 12 slots divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Each session lasted 30 minutes. Students could select an available counseling time when registering with QR code.

The service created an opportunity for students to consult directly with a psychologist regarding various matters related to their current conditions and experiences. An alarm was used to indicate the end of each counseling session. In addition to individual counseling, the Counseling Booth also offered an Emotional Load Assessment. The assessment was conducted by having students complete a series of questions designed to identify their emotional burden. After completing the assessment, students received an analysis of their results, which was subsequently sent to them via email.

All services provided through the Counseling Booth were delivered directly by psychologists from the UGM Faculty of Psychology’s team throughout the event. Students could choose the service and available time slot according to their individual needs.
