Yogyakarta, February 11th 2026 — The Graduate School (SPs) of Universitas Gadjah Mada organized a Training on using the Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. The aim was improving the effectiveness of coordination and the implementation of digital-based work activities. The event was held from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the 5th Floor Auditorium of SPs UGM.

The training featured the Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources, Dr. techn. Khabib Mustofa, S.Si., M.Kom., as the speaker. During the session, he delivered a presentation on the utilization of Microsoft Teams and Google Meet as tools to support communication, coordination, and collaboration in academic and administrative settings.

In addition to the presentation, the training included a hands-on practice session. Participants actively used their laptops to explore key features of both applications, such as managing virtual meetings, sharing documents, and scheduling meetings.

Through this training, participants were expected to understand the basic functions of the applications and also to implement them optimally in supporting daily academic and administrative activities. The activity represents one of SPs UGM’s efforts to promote digital transformation and enhance human resource competencies within the workplace.

SPs UGM, with the successful implementation of this training,  hopes that work coordination will become more effective, efficient, and adaptive to the continuous development of digital technology.
