Yogyakarta (October 22nd 2024) – The Alumni Family of  Leadership and Policy Innovation Master and Doctoral Programs at Universitas Gadjah Mada (KAPIMGAMA) hosted a symbolic handover of Membership Cards at the Graduate School Building of Universitas Gadjah Mada. The event was attended by UGM leaders, alumni representatives, and delegates from Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), who serves as a strategic partner in issuing these cards.

Several BNI representatives were present, including BNI Institutional Banking Director Munadi Herlambang, Regional CEO of Regional Office 17 Ariyanto Soewondo, Area Head of Regional Office 17 Widiarto, Institutional Banking Division 2 Department Head Emanuella Gilarsari, and UGM Branch Leader Diah Charmaningtyas. Their attendance symbolized BNI’s support for KAPIMGAMA’s initiative to strengthen the alumni network with innovative facilities for ease and connection among members.

Dean of UGM Graduate School, Prof. Ir. Siti Malkhamah, M.Sc., Ph.D., IPU., ASEAN.Eng., received the membership card symbolically. In her remarks, she expressed her appreciation for the synergy established between KAPIMGAMA and BNI, which is expected to meet alumni needs and facilitate membership services more efficiently.

BNI Institutional Banking Director Munadi Herlambang explained that the membership card not only serves as an official identity for alumni but also functions as a TAPCASH card for cashless transactions. “This card is not just a membership symbol; it also serves as a payment tool for members, enhancing relations between alumni and the university,” he stated.

Through this TAPCASH innovation, KAPIMGAMA is committed to creating beneficial, relevant services for alumni. This initiative is expected to strengthen KAPIMGAMA’s network and synergy with financial institutions, contributing to institutional advancement.
