Morning exercise has become an enjoyable activity for the SPs UGM community, held regularly every Friday from 07.00 to 08.30 AM at the Graduate School yard. This group exercise activity is attended by all academic members of the SPs UGM community.

The aim is maintaining the physical health of the SPs UGM community, and also serves as an opportunity to strengthen the bonds among the SPs community. They shake hands, laugh together, and share happy moments under the morning sun.

The support from the leaders of the UGM Graduate School and its member high spirit, brings hope that this group exercise activity can raise awareness about physical health among every member of the SPs UGM community, due to physical health being an important asset. Good physical health also includes getting enough sleep, maintaining a balanced diet, and adopting healthy lifestyle habits in general. The SPs UGM members can improve their quality of life and enhance their ability to perform daily activities optimally in the Graduate School environment by maintaining good physical health.
