In the spirit of welcoming the end of the year, Universitas Gadjah Mada’s (UGM) Health Promotion University (HPU) held the Zumba End Year Party on Friday, December 13th 2024. The event was lively, with active participation from various UGM academic communities, including representatives from the Graduate School (SPs) UGM.

This Zumba activity highlights UGM commitment to foster balance between work life and healthy living. The event aims to refresh and re-energize all participants by emphasizing fitness and togetherness.

“Zumba is a fun way to unite the academic community while reminding us of the importance of maintaining physical health amidst the business of work and routine,” said one of the event organizers.

Cheers and enthusiasm from the participants enlivened the atmosphere. The team from SPs UGM showcased remarkable energy throughout the activity, earning them the title of “Most Spirited Participants.”

Events like this will strengthen interdepartmental relations at UGM and also encourage a culture of healthy living and productive work. It is hoped that similar activities will continue to support a better quality of life for the entire UGM academic community.
