A total of 89 graduates, consisting of 72 master graduates and 17 doctoral graduates were released by the Dean of the UGM Graduate School on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the Auditorium Lt. 5 UGM Graduate School Building. Of these, 24 have graduated from masters with cum laude honors, and 4 have also graduated from doctorates with cum laude honors.
In his remarks, Dean of the UGM Graduate School, Prof. Ir. Siti Malkhamah, M.Sc., Ph.D said, that the Postgraduate School tries to improve itself in terms of the quality of study programs and graduates. The Dean also hopes that communication with alumni can always be established.
This is related to the achievement of the accreditation of the study program so that it is as expected. “How can alumni continue to communicate with all of us, this new model of accreditation is somewhat different. Meanwhile, Wahyu Yun Santosa, a graduate representative from the Environmental Science Doctoral Study Program, congratulated and thanked all those involved in the study process.

Si., Apt, stated that the average length of study for the master program is 2 years 4 months, the fastest study period is 1 year 6 months 16 days, achieved by Liza Aufia Utami Br Ginting, Master of Population. As for the doctoral program, the fastest study time of 3 years 0 months 2 days was achieved by Sujud Puji Nur Rahmat, from the Doctoral Study Program of Performing Arts and Fine Arts Studies.
From the age statistical data, the youngest master graduate was Annisa Eka Puspisasari, a Master of Disaster Management who was 24 years 3 months 5 days old. From the Doctoral program, the youngest age is given by Ferinandus Lenardo Snanfi, Doctor of Leadership and Policy Innovation, 33 years 2 months 16 days.
The highest GPA of the master program was 3.98, achieved by Ali Ilham Almujaddidy, Masters in Religion and Cross-Culture, and from the doctoral program, the highest GPA of 4.00 was won by Wahyu Yun Santoso, Doctor of Environmental Sciences.
