Yogyakarta (20/9), the Gadjah Mada University Postgraduate School (SPs UGM) public relations team, represented by Arfikah Istari, Dwi Purwanto, and Siti Muyasaroh participated in a workshop on strengthening the function of public relations within UGM which took place in Multimedia Room 1, 3rd Floor, North Wing, UGM Central Building. This activity has the theme “Developing Campus Reputation”.
This workshop presented competent speakers, namely Dr. Tirta Mandira Hudhi, M.A.B., Winda Pratiwi, Farchan Noor Rachman, and Mohamad Ryan Saputra, who shared insights and discussed with all participants. This activity is part of UGM commitment to increase access to education and promote basic education principles, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
During the workshop, participants were encouraged to think critically and work on case studies, as well as present the analyzes well. This practical approach not only encourages a deeper understanding of public relations strategy, but also emphasizes the importance of education for sustainability in developing effective communications practices.
In line with the SDGs, this workshop is a reminder of the important role of education in encouraging sustainable development. The investment in professional development of public relations practitioners. UGM is taking significant steps towards achieving its educational goals and enhancing its reputation as a leading institution in Indonesia.
