Yogyakarta, October 30th 2026 – The Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) continues to support efforts to improve the health and well-being of its academic community with the participation of SPs UGM’s Integrated Health Post (Posbindu) cadres in the Central Posbindu UGM activities.

SPs UGM Posbindu cadres, during the event, actively participated in supporting the delivery of health services as a demonstration of their commitment to promotive and preventive healthcare efforts within the university. This involvement also reflects inter-unit collaboration in fostering a healthy lifestyle among the academic community and educational staff.

Notably, this month’s Posbindu activities featured an additional service: back acupressure therapy. This service offers participants an alternative relaxation option amid their daily routines and activities.

The availability of this additional service is expected to encourage greater participation from the academic community in utilizing the available health facilities and raising awareness of the importance of regular health check-ups.

The involvement of its Posbindu cadres showed SPs UGM hopes to continue fostering a culture of health awareness as an integral part of everyday working life. Collaboration and active participation from all parties are essential steps toward creating a healthy, productive, and thriving campus environment.

Health begins with care. Together with Posbindu, SPs UGM continues to promote a healthy lifestyle across the campus community.
