On Wednesday (20/8), the Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) organized a Workshop on the Preparation of the 2026 Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT). This consignment meeting was attended by the SPs financial management team as well as financial administrators from various master and doctoral programs.

The event aimed at planning and setting budget activities for SPs and its programs for the year 2026.

“The agenda included discussions on budgeting, allowances, incentives, and guidance on RKAT expenditure input. From this workshop, we expect to build a common understanding so that the RKAT input process can run smoothly according to the predetermined timeline,” said Alfina, a staff member of SPs financial management team.

The workshop was also intended as a platform to strengthen teamwork within the financial division. SPs hopes that this activity will boost productivity and maintain communication, thereby fostering a healthy and supportive work environment.
