Procedures for Registration of Masters Program Scholarship at GMU, Academic Year 2008/2009

Below are the requirements, which should be considered by the applicants. The applicant should fill the registration form and enclose:

  1. Copy of the applicant's undergraduate degree certificate and academic transcript.
  2. Two recommendation letters from someone who can attest to the applicant's academic abilities, such as a former academic advisor or professor.
  3. Statement of purpose describing why the applicant wants to join this graduate school and how this degree would fit into the applicant's future goals.
  4. A letter from the applicant's institution/supervisor stating that he/she is released from his duties during study at CRCS (for those with work commitments).
  5. Copy of the applicant's TOEFL score. The minimum score is 450.
  6. Self-addressed stamped envelope.
  7. Proof of administration fee payment Rp. 250.000, - to account on Rektor UGM No. 00.392.338.94 at BNI Cabang UGM

Note:

The applicant must complete the application forms and return them to the Graduate School office not later than June, 13 2008. Applicants should enclose two copies of the application form. The entering test will be held on June20, 2008, at 09:00-11:00 at GMU, the Graduate School.
