The Indonesian Railway Society (MASKA) is again holding the largest and most influential railway industry exhibition in ASEAN which lasted for 3 (three) days on 30th July – 1st August 2024 at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta. This exhibition was held in conjunction with Transport and Logistics Indonesia 2024 and Indonesia International Building Technology (IIBT) 2024.
Railway Tech Indonesia is a global B2B and B2G railway event to support Indonesian and ASEAN railway projects. The Indonesian Ministry of Transportation and the Indonesian Ministry of Industry strongly support this exhibition which has become the largest trade exhibition in ASEAN for railway systems, technology, infrastructure and services.
According to the national railway vision 2030, this railway project will be implemented until 2030 with an investment value of 67 billion USD. These funds will be used to build railway lines such as LRT, MRT, fast trains, train lines in several strategic areas, increasing the number of trains, and building new stations.
This exhibition was attended by more than 1,100 national, multinational and international companies such as PT Wijaya Karya Beton, PT Adhi Karya, PT Inka, PT Len Railway Systems, and others. It was also attended by exhibitors and exhibitors from educational institutions such as the Land Transportation College, Madiun Indonesian Railway Polytechnic, and Engineering Student Representatives (ITERA).
On this occasion, the Gadjah Mada University Postgraduate School (SPs UGM) was again present at the 5th Edition of the Railway Tech Indonesia 2024 exhibition together with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Faculty of Engineering (DTSL FT) UGM. The lively series of exhibition activities became an opportunity to provide product knowledge of study programs at SPs and DTSL FT UGM to all exhibition visitors.
