Yogyakarta, June 24th 2025 – The success of the accreditation visitation agenda for the Leadership and Policy Innovation (MKIK) Master Program, UGM Postgraduate School, by LAMSPAK on June 23rd – 24th, 2025, was not only the result of the hard work of the form team. There was the collective work of two main teams, behind the assessment process that ran smoothly and professionally: the form drafting team and the technical visitation team that complemented each other in the spirit of mutual cooperation.

The form team played a central role in compiling the academic narrative and quality of the study program. They designed, compiled, and coordinated the accreditation documents in detail and comprehensively. On the second day of the visitation, this team was still working until 20.00 WIB to perfect the completeness of the data and final evaluation. This dedication received direct appreciation from the assessor Prof. Dr. Yulianto, who said that the MKIK form was very “detailed, complete, and very thorough”, illustrating the team’s seriousness in building a down-to-earth but high-quality accreditation.

Meanwhile, the technical visitation team also played a crucial role that was no less important. Long before the D-day, this team has prepared various supporting aspects, starting from consumption, venue readiness, presentation equipment, to ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetics of the environment. In fact, the garden area around the Graduate School environment is one of the focuses that is beautified to present a comfortable and representative atmosphere for the assessors.

“There are many things that are not visible, yet can be felt,” said one of the technical team members. “We want guests to feel warmly welcomed, not only academically but also from the atmosphere and service.”

The collaboration between the two teams reflects a strong collaborative culture in the MKIK Program environment of the Graduate School. There is no barrier between academic and non-academic roles. All move in the same rhythm, with one goal: to present a quality, reflective, and meaningful visitation process.

This visitation is not just an accreditation formality, but a momentum for consolidating enthusiasm, cooperation, and determination to continue strengthening quality. The success of this agenda is a real illustration of how sincere collective work can create proud results.
