Yogyakarta (28/2) – The Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM) continues to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the health and well-being of the UGM academic community by actively participating in the Integrated Development Post (Pos Pembinaan Terpadu or Posbindu) program. This routine initiative is organized by the Health Promotion University (HPU) UGM in collaboration with the Integrated Health Services Bureau (Biro Pelayanan Kesehatan Terpadu or BKT).

This edition of Posbindu introduced a new innovation by providing a pojok curhat (counseling corner), which offers psychological consultation, as well as nutrition counseling services for participants. This initiative aims to provide holistic support, addressing not only physical health but also mental well-being and healthier dietary habits. Diana, Indri, and Fika, who are SPs UGM cadres, actively took part in the health check-up sessions.

Participants can consult in this service about various psychological concerns they may be experiencing, such as academic stress, work-life balance, and other challenges. Meanwhile, the nutrition consultation service provides tailored guidance on maintaining a healthy diet according to individual needs.

This activity is expected to continue sustainably, serving as a platform for UGM’s academic community to be more aware of their physical and mental health, ultimately creating a healthier and more productive campus environment.
