The Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) actively participated in the Railway Tech Indonesia 2025 exhibition, held from July 29th to 31st 2025 at JIExpo Kemayoran Jakarta.

This exhibition was organized by MASKA (Indonesian Railway Society) and supported by the Ministry of Transportation of Indonesia. Railway Tech Indonesia has become a premier business platform for the government and stakeholders across the entire railway ecosystem.

The event also featured the Indonesia Railway Conference 2025 (IRC 2025), themed “Rail Transformation for Innovation & Sustainable Development.” The conference provided a unique opportunity for exhibitors to engage directly with policymakers, operators, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies, investors, and global experts.

This event served as a strategic opportunity for the UGM Graduate School to enhance its brand awareness among the general public and prospective graduate students. The introduction of its flagship academic programs was a key attraction, offering visitors in-depth information about the academic environment at the UGM Graduate School.

The exhibition was also joined by numerous major companies, both national and international, making it a significant moment for UGM to highlight its academic contributions to the development of the national transportation system.

This participation is part of UGM Graduate School’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the synergy of academia and industry. It also demonstrates the critical role that universities play in supporting sustainable and inclusive national infrastructure development.
