Optimizing the achievement of Performance Target Indicators (TCK) at the Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (SPs UGM), strategic and measurable steps are required from each relevant work unit. Therefore, SPs UGM held a reflection meeting on 2024 achievements and formulated resolutions and strategies for 2025 on Wednesday, February 5th 2025, at the SPs UGM Auditorium.

Dean of SPs UGM, Prof. Ir. Siti Malkhamah, M.Sc., Ph.D., presented the TCK 2024 achievement report in her speech. She emphasized the importance of performance evaluation to identify achievements and challenges encountered over the past year. “This evaluation is crucial in identifying successes and obstacles, so moving forward, we hope that all stakeholders at SPs can continue to synergize and collaborate to maintain and enhance these achievements, especially in reaching new targets in 2025,” said Prof. Siti Malkhamah.

Meanwhile, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Collaboration, Prof. Dr. Widyanto Dwi Nugroho, S.Hut., M.Agr., stated that most TCK indicators have been successfully achieved. “Overall, all TCK points are in a safe condition or have met the target,” he said. He also emphasized the importance of expanding international partnerships and increasing creative funding obtained from various Cooperation Agreements (PKS) across the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). Additionally, he outlined concrete strategies for achieving TCK 2025, focusing on strengthening collaborative research, improving publication quality, and implementing internationalization programs.

Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources, Dr. techn. Khabib Mustofa, S.Si., M.Kom., from the perspective of human resources management, highlighted that recording performance achievements is a fundamental element in compiling accurate and credible data. “Success in achieving targets does not only depend on program implementation but also on a well-documented and structured recording system,” he emphasized.

This meeting also featured strategic discussions involving various stakeholders at SPs UGM. The discussion was dynamic, with various inputs expected to serve as the foundation for formulating strategies to achieve the 2025 targets.

With strong collaboration and synergy, SPs UGM is optimistic about maintaining its achievements and tackling new challenges in 2025 with more mature, innovative, and sustainable strategies.
