(5/9) Universitas Gadjah Mada Graduate School (SPs UGM) held its final Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) session for the 2024 research grant. This Monev activity featured two main reviewers, Dr. Hilda Ismail, M.Si., Apt., and Prof. Dr. Junun Sartohadi, M.Sc., who were responsible for evaluating the progress and achievements of the research funded by the grant.

During this Monev session, researchers presented their progress as well as the challenges they faced. The reviewers, Dr. Hilda Ismail, M.Si., Apt., and Prof. Dr. Junun Sartohadi, M.Sc., expressed their appreciation for the progress made by the researchers. They also provided constructive feedback to ensure that the research could be completed optimally and according to the set targets.

Dr. Hilda Ismail, M.Si., Apt., stated that the research conducted showed improving quality each year. “We see the commitment from the researchers to continuously enhance the quality of their research, both in terms of methodology and the impact produced,” she said.

Meanwhile, Prof. Dr. Junun Sartohadi, M.Sc., highlighted the importance of implementing the research results to benefit the wider community. “Research results should not end with academic publications but must also have a positive impact on society and related sectors,” he emphasized.

This final Monev session became an important moment to ensure that all research funded by the grant is progressing according to the plan and timeline. Researchers are expected to complete their work on time and publish their findings in reputable journals.

This event also served as an opportunity to evaluate and determine strategic steps for improving research quality in the future. With full support from the reviewers, it is hoped that the research conducted will contribute significantly to scientific knowledge and societal development.
