| The Higher Education (HE) Institution is a unique organization given its three key focal points for management in the field of higher education:Organizational Management, Strategic Leadership, and. Public Accountability. These three core competencies are necessities for establishing optimal educational processes in HE institutions. This Master’s Program in HE Management develops the necessary knowledge and competency in these three aspects using a multidisciplinary approach which is based in the social sciences and engineering, with specific applications for HE management.
Vision: To become a prominent master’s program that develops and spreads knowledge and understanding about HE management in a manner that reflects the values of Pancasila, based on the theory of transformational leadership.
