Yogyakarta, April 30th 2025 – The Higher Education Management (MMPT) Master Program at the Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is taking proactive steps to ensure its education quality aligns with international standards. The MMPT International Accreditation Task Force on Wednesday, April 30th 2025, held a crucial workshop at Nusantara Room, UC Hotel UGM, to review and finalize the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) document that will be submitted for the international accreditation process.
This intensive workshop demonstrates MMPT UGM’s commitment to continuous improvement and enhancement of its study program management. The SAR document, which was the primary focus of the discussion, provided a comprehensive representation of various academic and administrative aspects of MMPT. From the program’s profile, including basic information, to details regarding curriculum design, the implementation of teaching and learning processes, the quality of human resources and facilities, as well as the internal quality assurance system in place, everything was thoroughly analyzed.
The successful compilation of this comprehensive SAR document heavily relies on the collaboration and expertise of all members of the Task Force. Through this workshop, it is expected that every relevant detail will be accurately captured, providing international assessors with a clear picture of the quality of MMPT UGM. This step is in line with global efforts to achieve SDG 4: Quality Education by ensuring high standards in higher education quality. Furthermore, participation in the international accreditation process also reflects the spirit of SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals through the adoption of global standards and acceptance of external evaluation. The finalization of this SAR document, MMPT UGM, is moving closer to international recognition for its educational quality.
