Yogyakarta, Thursday, 15th November 2025 – The Media and Cultural Master Program Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada, held a follow-up event titled the Discussion and Closing Ceremony of the 2025 KBM Lustrum at GIK (Gelanggang Inovasi dan Kreativitas UGM). The event began at 08.00 a.m. on the second floor. The main program commenced with a brief opening and welcoming remarks from 08.05 to 08.10. At 08.10, the core discussion session took place and continued until 09.00, creating an interactive and participatory atmosphere among the Lustrum participants.

After a short break and session transition, the event proceeded to the series of closing ceremonies, held from 09.00 to 10.45 WIB. Dr. Pratama Persadha delivered a concise yet substantive presentation titled “Dari tatapan subjek ke visi digital: Visualitas dan relasi di era posthuman”, explaining that the posthuman era is not about eliminating humans, but about how humans renegotiate their position, agency, and autonomy in a world increasingly seen and decided by algorithms. The closing agenda continued sequentially, including the sharing of impressions and messages, reflections on the Lustrum activities, and expressions of appreciation for all committees and participants who contributed to the success of the event. The secretariat team also ensured that the attendance list of 190 participants, along with one additional name from a related unit, was properly recorded as part of the official documentation.

The entire series of activities ran smoothly, supported by well-prepared refreshments and internal committee coordination ensured since early morning. The Closing Ceremony of the year 2025 KBM Lustrum marked the conclusion of the five-year celebration series, serving as a moment to strengthen collaboration and collective reflection for the entire KBM community as it moves into the next period.
