Chief of UGM Tannas Master Program Officially Opens Community Service Activities (PKM) 2024

Magelang (05/08) – The National Resilience Study Program (Tannas) at Gadjah Mada University (UGM) held a Community Service (PKM) activity in Pakunden Village, Ngluwar District, Magelang Regency. The PKM activity was symbolically opened by the Chief of the UGM Tannas Master Program, Prof. Dr. Armaidy Armawi, M.Si., at the Pakunden Village Hall.

This PKM activity marks the third year organized by the UGM Tannas Master Program in Ngluwar Village. This year’s PKM theme is “Strengthening BUMDES Mitra Usaha Mandiri as an Intervention Strategy to Support Economic Resilience in Pakunden Village, Ngluwar District, Magelang Regency.”

The Chief of the 2024 Tannas PKM Program, Dr. Ahmad Zubaidi, M.Si., emphasized the importance of synergy between various parties for mutual benefit. “By synergizing, cooperating, and maintaining good relations, we can bring blessings to all of us,” said Dr. Ahmad Zubaidi. He also hoped that the third-year PKM in Pakunden Village would strengthen relationships and continue with other programs in the future.

Meanwhile, the Chief of Pakunden Village, Sujadi, welcomed the PKM activities organized by UGM Tannas in Pakunden Village. He also hoped that this PKM activity would bring broad benefits to the surrounding community, especially regarding increased knowledge and education.

The PKM opening ceremony was also attended by the Acting Chief of Ngluwar District, the Chief of Ngluwar Police, representatives of Magelang Regency officials, the Chief of SMK Ma’arif 1 Ngluwar, UGM Tannas lecturers, and several community leaders of Ngluwar Village. The 2024 Tannas PKM activities are planned to be carried out with two main focuses, namely Village Community Service and School Community Service (SMK Ma’arif 1 Ngluwar). These activities will take place from August 5th, 2024, to August 26th, 2024.
