Yogyakarta, August 29th 2025 — The Graduate School of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) conducted an Accreditation Field Assessment by the Independent Accreditation Institute for Social, Political, Administrative, and Communication Studies (LAMSPAK) for the Religion and Cross-Cultural Master Program (ALB).
The event, which took place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Western Indonesian Time in the 2nd-floor Leadership Meeting Room of the UGM Graduate School, was attended by two assessors: Prof. Dr. Drs. Erwin, M.Sc. from Andalas University and Prof. Dr. Dra. R. Nunung Nurwati, MS. from Padjadjaran University.
The event began with an opening and introduction of the assessor panel, followed by the signing of the field assessment statement. The assessors then conducted a series of confirmation sessions with various parties within the Study Program and Graduate School, including study program leaders, quality assurance units, accreditation teams, lecturers, educational staff, students, alumni, and external users.
The reviewing also on the Self-Evaluation Form (FED) and the internal quality assurance system, the assessment also highlighted the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), human resource management, finances, assets, and information systems at the study program and management unit levels.
The assessors also prepared drafts of the accreditation minutes and recommendations, which were then submitted to the Graduate School leadership. The activity concluded with the signing of the Field Assessment Minutes and a wrap-up session to affirm our shared commitment to improving academic quality and study program governance.
The Master of Religion and Cross-Cultural Studies Program, with this activity hopes to achieve the best possible accreditation results, demonstrating UGM’s ongoing efforts to maintain the quality of education and develop cross-cultural studies in Indonesia.
