Yogyakarta, 25th April 2025 — The Integrated Health Post Program (Posbindu), which is regularly organized by the Integrated Health Services Bureau (BKT) of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), continues to innovate in improving the quality of its services. In the latest Posbindu session, BKT UGM implemented a digital system for recording and health checkups, replacing the previously used manual paper-based method.

The digital system developed by BKT and DSSDI teams is used for data input for participants’ health indicators—such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels—is now entered directly into the system. This advancement not only increases efficiency but also allows participants to easily access a complete history of their previous health checkups.

The involvement of SPs UGM (Graduate School of UGM) is further emphasized through the active participation of Fika, a staff member from the Graduate School, who serves as a Posbindu cadre. Her role bridges communication between participants and service providers, reflecting SPs UGM’s commitment to supporting campus-wide health and wellness in a sustainable manner.

This digital transformation has received positive feedback from Posbindu participants, who appreciate the convenience of accessing their data and the faster service process. It is hoped that this system will become the new standard for effective, modern, and sustainable preventive health services on campus.
