Background
Higher Education (HE) Institution is a unique organization compared to other form of corporations. The uniqueness of HE depicted in its three key aspects: (a). organizational management, (b). strategic leadership, (c). public accountability toward the performance achieved. For HE institutions, those three aspects represent the requirement to run good educational process.
The needed knowledge competence to develop this master program is the HE management using multidisciplinary approach which bases on social and exact sciences with specific application for HE management.
VISION
To become a prominent master program in developing, applying the experience and spreading knowledge as well as understanding HE management by highly respecting characteristics and identity reflected the values of Pancasila based on transformational leadership.
MISION
Organizing master on higher education who are qualified in the development of knowledge and managerial skills in the field of higher education management to the formation of character and identity based on the values of Pancasila and transformational leadership.

Scientifically the subject formal of HE management is management science, while the subject material is widely on Higher Education. The curriculum is arranged and directed at academic paths based on the subject formal and subject material.
